Q: Can I decline a load?
A: Yes! You can decline as many loads as you like. There are no minimum fees or obligations. Our service aims to provide an exact match to our carriers’ preferences without any commitments.
Q: Does Dispatch Experts help with invoicing and how do I get paid?
A: Yes, invoicing and collection support are included in our services at no additional cost. You will get paid directly from shippers and/or brokers as we provide original Rate cons.
Q: What is a factoring company?
